StyliSnugs – Handmade Bedtime Friends
Welcome to StyliSnugs. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About StyliSnugs
StyliSnugs is a small, independently operated South African business offering handmade crochet Bedtime Friends.
Each Bedtime Friend is individually handcrafted.
Small variations in appearance, colour, size and finishing are part of the handmade nature of our products.
2. Products and Availability
We currently offer completed Bedtime Friends that are in stock and ready for their new homes.
All products are subject to availability.
We do not currently accept custom orders or pre-orders unless expressly stated otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions and availability are accurate. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Product prices and any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payments are processed through the payment options made available at checkout, including PayFast where enabled.
Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.
4. Delivery and Collection
We currently offer delivery within South Africa only.
Available delivery and collection options may include:
Free local collection in Bloemfontein, by prior arrangement.
Delivery to an available courier collection point.
Door-to-door courier delivery, where offered.
Available options and applicable charges will be confirmed before payment.
For local collection, the collection location and time will be arranged privately after the order has been confirmed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any applicable statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.
Where tracking information is available, it will be shared with the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details and for collecting parcels from designated collection points within the courier's permitted collection period.
5. Returns, Refunds and Exchange
We want you to be happy with your Bedtime Friend. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us at admin@stylisnugs.co.za so that we can assist you.
Returns, refunds and exchanges will be handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act where applicable.
The handmade nature of our products does not remove your statutory consumer rights. Any applicable statutory cooling-off, cancellation, return or refund rights will be respected.

6. Product Care and Safety
Our Bedtime Friends are handmade crochet products intended for gentle use and enjoyment.
Please follow any care and safety instructions supplied with the product.
Adults should assess the suitability of each product for the intended child's age and developmental stage. Young children should be supervised where appropriate, particularly where a product includes cords, fastenings or small components.
7. Website Content
All original StyliSnugs product photographs, written stories, character descriptions, artwork and website content belong to StyliSnugs or are used with appropriate permission. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent, except where permitted by law.
8. Personal Information
We collect and process personal information necessary to manage orders, payments, deliveries and customer enquiries.For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
StyliSnugs will take reasonable care in preparing and fulfilling orders.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when the order was placed, subject to applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
